If  you  are  experiencing  problems  with  static electricity  affecting your production processes we can provide you with the solutions using two basic concepts:-

Ioniser bars which are powered from an AC transformer  with  an output  up to 8.5kv to create an ionising   field   of   positive  and negative  ions  to  eliminate  the static  charges.     The   live conductors are embedded in the resin   profile   which   makes them completely shockproof and the EX version  is   certified  for  use  in hazardous areas. The  bars  are  mounted 20-30mm above the substrate.

Typical applications All types of moving webs and sheets.

Ion Control Heads which are also powered  from  an  AC transformer but have rectifiers in the heads to produce pulsed DC output. Various types  of heads  are available and can be  used  with low pressure air to distribute the ions generated up to  a  distance  of 2.5m  or  0.5m range without air.

Typical applications Sheeting and shingling. Plastic forming processes e.g. blow moulding Conveying systems for powders and granules All types of moving webs where space is limited or web path variable e.g. unwinds and rewinds.
