The Spengler Heliofurn electrostatic assist system (ESA) is a non contact system for the elimination of "missing dots" during gravure printing on all types of paper and plastic film.

| | The latest version H98 utilises a 3 layer design of impression roller or sleeve that enables a short inductor electrode to be used as the charging device instead of the full width as previous and so has added advantages in easier installation and cleaning.

The system is current controlled with all functions constantly monitored and displayed on the control section for each print station making it very user friendly.
| |
All important components are of modular design for ease of maintenance and are configured using the latest software technology.

| |
An additional option is the impression roller width regulation unit which can be programmed with the various widths used on the press and can be recalled from the menu to automatically set up the control units for repeat printing runs.
